About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Associate to join our Global Finance Shared Services organization (GFSS) in SAP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the operative invoice processing and/or Procurement Operations quality check processes across all commodities in the SAP affiliates for the America Region as well as Spain, Portugal, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Posting of incoming vendor invoices
  • Procurement Operations quality check
  • Vendor accounts maintenance, including open items management
  • Month end closing activities for Accounts Payable
  • Interface to Finance & Accounting teams
  • Support of rollout projects
  • End user support
  • Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via tickets, chat)
  • Communication with purchasing and accounting departments

Requirements

  • Work experience in accounting preferred
  • Experience with SAP system is an advantage
  • Procure to pay experience is preferred
