What You'll Do
You will source amazing talent across LATAM, interview and match candidates to our clients' needs, build strong relationships with candidates and clients, and ensure a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
Your Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need advanced English language skills, 3+ years of experience in recruiting, and comfort working remotely using Slack. Experience working with recruiting agencies is also essential.
How You'll Be Compensated
This role is 100% commission-based, offering a starting commission of 20% for every successful hire. You will also have access to our own ATS to help build your database, as well as the opportunity to use any other tools you bring to the table.
