Ecolab, a worldwide leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, is in search of a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver financial insights for Global Operations Administration and Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures.

The Global Operations Administration encompasses centralized corporate cost centers, including Global Procurement, Engineering, and Quality, which are overseen by global functional leaders.

This position involves activities such as month-end closing, forecasting, annual planning, and reporting. The role requires direct collaboration with executive leaders in Supply Chain and Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic financial analysis of functional expenditures for Global Operations Administration and Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures.
  • Prepare and post month-end journal entries for over 20 cost centers within Global Operations Administration, including necessary cross-charges across regions or functions for centralized expenditures.
  • Assist in managing the mid-year and annual planning processes for Global Operations Administration and collaborate with Global Engineering on the annual budget timeline for Global Supply Chain Capital Expenditures.
  • Oversee the monthly closing and forecasting processes for Global Operations Administration.
  • Present monthly actuals and forecast analytics to the SVP of Global Supply Chain Finance, and review results with global functional leaders regarding their expenditures.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR Finance Bonus CoE concerning PIP and MIP eligible roster updates for Global Operations Administration employees, working closely with the global HR team.
  • Collaborate with the Global Engineering team on the monthly closing and forecasting processes.
  • Provide insights and address inquiries from CP&A regarding specific requests related to Operations Administration throughout the year.
  • Coordinate annual restatement processes for any activities affecting Global Operations Administration cost centers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and possessing a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to effectively communicate and share financial information with non-financial leaders.
