Ecolab, a leader in water, hygiene, and infection prevention solutions, is looking for a Financial Analysis Manager to deliver financial insights for Global Operations Administration and Global Supply Chain Capital Investments.

The Global Operations Administration encompasses centralized corporate cost centers such as Global Procurement, Engineering, and Quality, which are overseen by global functional leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct strategic financial evaluations of Global Operations Administration expenditures and Global Supply Chain Capital Investments.
  • Prepare and execute month-end journal entries for over 20 Global Operations Administration cost centers, ensuring accurate cross-charges across regions or functions for centralized expenses.
  • Assist in managing the mid-year and annual planning processes for Global Operations Administration, collaborating with Global Engineering on the annual budget timeline and corporate requirements for Global Supply Chain Capital Investments.
  • Oversee the monthly closing and forecasting activities for Global Operations Administration.
  • Present monthly financial results and forecast analytics to the Senior Vice President of Global Supply Chain Finance, while reviewing outcomes with global functional leaders regarding their expenditures.
  • Act as the primary liaison for HR Finance Bonus Center of Excellence regarding PIP and MIP eligible roster updates for Global Operations Administration personnel, working closely with the global HR team.
  • Collaborate with the Global Engineering team on the monthly closing and forecasting processes.
  • Provide insights and address inquiries from Corporate Planning & Analysis on specific Operations Administration requests throughout the year.
  • Coordinate the annual restatement processes for any activities affecting Global Operations Administration cost centers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and demonstrating a high level of integrity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to convey financial information effectively to non-financial leaders.
