Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements, working closely with development and design teams to translate these requirements into technical specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Work with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the final product aligns with business objectives and requirements.
- Maintain roadmaps and contribute to project planning and monitoring for timely solution delivery.
- Develop and organize internal project documentation.
- Demonstrate and champion Charles Taylor values.
- Student or graduate of an Information Technology career or relevant work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Pseudocode knowledge.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and fast learning ability.
- Proactive mindset.
- Experience in Finance industry / Banking is a plus.
- English – Advanced, as used on a daily basis.
