Job Description

The Senior Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for positioning the Human Experience Management portfolio in the territory, driving business development and hunting opportunities across the market.

Core tasks include growing the HCM Success Factors installed base, generating multiple opportunities through lead generation campaigns, leveraging sales initiatives to create demand generation, building strong customer relationships, taking ownership of opportunity, and working with the ecosystem to grow indirect business.

The primary purpose of the HCM Solution Sales executive is to achieve their overall Net-booking goal by creating a complete territory business plan that generates at least 4x their quota in pipeline opportunity.

In order to achieve this goal, he or she must identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy, and develop an opportunity plan containing the value proposition for all of SAP's targeted line of business solutions and services to potential customers & prospects in that territory.

This role requires a proven track record in target achievement, with 8+ years of experience selling Business Cloud solutions, gaining new customers & logos in corporate segment, and experience selling to CXOs.

Preferred qualifications include HCM SaaS sales background and experience in Argentina, Chile, and Peru markets.
