  • Sales and Marketing: Conduct persuasive phone sales calls to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our storage solutions.
  • Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Use active listening to address concerns, overcoming obstacles to achieve positive outcomes and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer relationships, supporting the growth of our business and driving customer satisfaction.
