Your Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing caring and efficient service to resolve their issues.
- Storage Solutions: Manage customer move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing for our self-storage facility, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Sales and Marketing: Conduct persuasive phone sales calls to potential customers, highlighting the benefits of our storage solutions.
- Communication: Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
- Problem-Solving: Use active listening to address concerns, overcoming obstacles to achieve positive outcomes and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Relationship Building: Foster long-term customer relationships, supporting the growth of our business and driving customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years in customer-facing roles, with a strong focus on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Language Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
- Remote Work: Enjoy the flexibility of working from home, with a schedule provided 2 weeks in advance.
