We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our team at Jules. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support and customer service to our clients.

Job Overview:

We are a company that specializes in providing services for allergy and sinus sufferers, including allergy testing, 3D sinus imaging, minimally invasive sinus treatment, and immunotherapy. Our team is dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support to our clients, and we are looking for a talented individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
    • Follow up with clients and send reminders as needed
    • Process claims and handle billing inquiries
    • Enter data into our electronic medical records system
  • Call Center Support:
    • Answer and dial calls in a timely and professional manner
    • Manage client communications and appointments
    • Provide information and resolve concerns in a courteous and professional manner

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with common office software, including MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
