About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled LATAM Manufacturing Operations Lead to join our team at Launch Potato. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a 5-year regional strategy to optimize site activity and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end process excellence across LATAM manufacturing sites.
- Provide strategic direction to cross-functional teams.
- Evaluate and improve Environmental, Health & Safety compliance posture.
- Ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with EHS, Quality, Financial, and Capex expectations.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Good understanding of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO18001 systems.
- Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma principles knowledge.
- Cross-functional process driving experience.
