About This Role:- Leads the technical part of localization projects, performs and coordinates the engineering work, coordinates the deliveries from the suppliers.
- Coordinates and performs project engineering tasks.
- Ensures the engineering work is being performed correctly, according to the project instructions, per deadlines and quality requirements.
- Tracks project tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinates deliveries from suppliers and monitors their status.
- Participates in implementing new tools, testing and evaluation.
- Communicates with project team, support departments, partners and suppliers under the supervision of Project Manager or Localization Lead/Localization Lead Senior.
- Modifies existing documentation or creates small articles.
- Conducts final quality checks before delivering to the client.
- Secondary school degree, specializing in IT, computers, software development, or web authoring is preferred.
- Previous working experience as a Localization Engineer of 2 years with corresponding responsibilities is preferred.
- Upper-Intermediate English level.
- Advanced knowledge of major operating environments.
- Advanced knowledge of file formats and file management.
- Knowledge of localization tools and processes.
- Basic programming skills (scripts) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Focused on quality and individual responsibility.
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Reliable, well-organized, and detail-focused.
- Team player with strong presentation skills.
