We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at TeamBuilders Behavioral Health. As a member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our HR policies, processes, and practices.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in human resources and a Bachelor's degree in a related field. They must be able to obtain a Criminal Records Clearance and maintain a clean driving record.

About the Job
  • The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and supporting the hiring process.
  • They will support recruitment efforts by registering for approved events and coordinating with management staff to attend events.
  • The coordinator will represent the organization at health fairs, job fairs, and community outreach events as needed.
  • They will facilitate new employee onboarding procedures, including background checks, reference checks, employment verifications, and benefits enrollment.
  • The coordinator will enroll employees in benefits plans, answer questions about coverage, and ensure compliance with benefits requirements.
  • They will assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations. They will maintain accurate employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance data.
  • The coordinator will stay updated on relevant labor laws, ensuring adherence to personnel policies and compliance with applicable employment regulations.
  • They will coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, preparing sign-in sheets, and communicating with management/staff to ensure engagement and participation.
  • The coordinator will support event planning and logistics for training initiatives, including new hire training and orientation.
  • They will monitor and report on staff meeting new hire, annual training, and licensure requirements. They will handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex matters to the Human Resources Director and/or executive management.
  • The coordinator will support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, organizing files, and maintaining HR databases.
