Private Equity Investment Specialist

Salary Range: up to 1750 USD
Monday to Friday, offering flexible hours between 8 am and 10 pm EST

- Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of potential investments, evaluating financial statements, and identifying areas of improvement.
- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling, to support investment decisions.
- Investment Evaluation: Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to assess the risk and return of investment opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare investment reports, presentations, and recommendations for stakeholders and investment committees.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to provide strategic insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, associates, and partners to support deal execution and portfolio management.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in accounting and financial statement analysis, with a strong ability to build financial models for forecasting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are advantageous.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial statement analysis.
- Tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with PowerPoint, Google Drive, and financial databases.
- Analytical Ability: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex information clearly.
- Ambition: A proactive mindset with the ambition to build a successful career in private equity.
- Experience with certifications like CPA/CFA or exposure to private equity and venture capital markets would be a plus.
