Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Investment Officer to join our team at IFC Systems Corporation. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, structuring, and closing investments in infrastructure projects across the Southern Cone region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop investment opportunities in infrastructure sectors such as power, transportation, and telecommunications.
  • Work closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Structure and negotiate investment deals, ensuring alignment with IFC's investment criteria and risk management policies.
  • Monitor and report on portfolio performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies for business development and client relationship management.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or a similar field, with a focus on infrastructure investments.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure sectors, including power, transportation, and telecommunications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Portuguese a plus.
