Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced I-9 Program Advisor to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including consulting with HR and business partners to identify staffing needs, designing and implementing attraction strategies, defining clear job skill specifications, internal and external sourcing, candidate screening, background checks, relocation/immigration, and offer completion.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the global strategic programs, policies, platforms, services, and tools that enable HPE to align staffing with the workforce plans.
- Drive programs in areas such as workforce redeployment and reduction, university hiring, and contingent workforce management.
- Support staffing and disengagement activity resulting from mergers, acquisitions, outsourcing, and divestitures.
- Ensure local staffing practices are compliant with global/regional initiatives and legal requirements, and meet business priorities such as diversity objectives.
- Develop and manage relationships with staffing vendors and Global Business Services (GBS) organizations.
- First-level university degree.
- Typically 2-4 years of experience related to I-9 program.
- Knowledge of global employment programs (like 1-9) is a plus.
- Advanced English Level.
- Basic Excel Level.
- Intermediate experience with Power Point.
- Strong communication skills with different organizational levels is nice to have.
- Workday experience is nice to have.
