Argentina Market Development Lead

Your Role: You will represent the company in the market with a strong focus on business development and gaining market share. Implement and align sales strategies with business objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure CRM targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the sales team to ensure growth and success in the country
- Establish and manage Key Account relationships to drive long-term value
- Transition client relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships for sustainable growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive market growth and expand the client base
- Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring that targets and guidelines are consistently achieved
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performance sales teams with knowledge of public and private sectors
- Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector market
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skills, with experience in mentoring or coaching
- Focus on sales management in imaging equipment
- Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and refine sales skills within the team
- Ability to drive business results
- Advanced English proficiency
