Sales Director for Argentina Healthcare Market

Your Role: As Country Head and Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team in Argentina, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and success
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve growth and success in the country
- Establish and manage Key Account relationships to drive long-term value
- Transition client relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships for sustainable growth
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive market growth and expand the client base
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Professional degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience managing high-performance sales teams with knowledge of public and private sectors
- Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector market
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skills, with experience in mentoring or coaching
- Focus on sales management in imaging equipment
- Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and refine sales skills within the team
- Ability to drive business results
- Advanced English proficiency
