Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end email marketing strategies to maximize customer engagement and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies, including promotional, transactional, and automated campaigns, to drive customer engagement and loyalty.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand voice.
Audience Segmentation: Utilize data analytics to segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics to deliver personalized content.
Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
A/B Testing: Conduct regular A/B testing on subject lines, content, and design to improve engagement and effectiveness of email campaigns.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and effective execution.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance email marketing strategies.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in email marketing or a similar role.
Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
5+ years of experience working in an agency company.
Experience with copywriting.
Proficiency in email marketing tools such as Hubspot, Active Campaign, Iterable, and/or others.
Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, focusing on crafting compelling email content.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Ability to juggle the multiple paths of a customer journey.
Nice-to-have:
