About The Position

This role presents an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values professional growth. We are seeking a skilled IT Help Desk professional to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Offer first-line technical assistance to end-users through various communication methods.
  2. Analyze and resolve hardware, software, and network problems efficiently.
  3. Implement and update software and applications as needed.
  4. Handle user account administration, including password reset and access requests.
  5. Log issues, solutions, and best practices in the ticketing system.
  6. Elevate complex technical issues to higher support levels when necessary.
  7. Ensure timely resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime.
  8. Manage IT assets and assist with equipment setup and maintenance.
  9. Train users on IT security best practices and software usage.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in IT help desk or technical support roles.
  2. English language proficiency at C1+ level (written and spoken).
  3. Background in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  4. Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools.
  5. Basic understanding of Active Directory, Office 365, and VPN solutions.
  6. Strong analytical and communication skills.
  7. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
