Key Responsibilities
Oversee commercial operations across a diverse client base (including Distributors, Independent Supermarkets, Diaper Outlets, and Drugstores) to meet sales targets (achieving sales budgets, ensuring coverage, numeric distribution, profitable investments, portfolio rotation, and market share).
- Guide the team in executing the commercial value proposition (Profitability, Knowledge, Proximity) aimed at driving profitable sales growth.
- Develop and manage a monitoring framework for sales fundamentals (Visibility, Pricing, Availability, Activation, Promotion).
- Cultivate strong and trustworthy relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Lead, support, and inspire your team to ensure optimal performance and productivity, while promoting their personal and professional growth, and contributing to a positive workplace atmosphere.
Who You Are
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Open to travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Background in sales and/or trade marketing.
- Experience in team management.
