Job Title: Account Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Executive to join our team at 1840 & Company. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction through proactive engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with current clients to strengthen relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to assess client needs and satisfaction levels, providing timely updates on deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on a thorough understanding of client goals and market trends.
  • Develop and present tailored PR solutions that align with clients' evolving business objectives and challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of upsell opportunities in the CRM system and follow up with personalized communications.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the public relations or communications industry.
  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and achieving sales targets, particularly in upselling and cross-selling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as HubSpot, and experience in managing sales activities within such platforms.
