About The RoleAs a Technology Partnerships Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales pipeline from strategic technology partners. This will entail heavy outbound efforts to create creative strategies that entice key stakeholders at technology partners to collaborate on deals.
You will report directly to our Global Head of Technology Partners, who reports to the co-founder and co-CEO. Your work will have direct line of sight to founders and executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Drive urgency, excitement, and sales collaboration with sellers at partner companies through outbound emails, calls, and messages.
- Set up meetings with Hightouch executive, sales & pre-sales leadership and their counterparts at partner companies.
- Create and execute campaigns to drive awareness of new sales plays, products, joint wins, and industry trends with stakeholders at partner companies.
- Create and execute in-person events with stakeholders at partner companies.
- Be ready to travel up to 50% in some months.
- Previous success with outbound sales.
- Previous success working with technology partners in sales motions.
- Understanding and excitement about the composable CDP space.
- Hunger for high-volume outbound activity.
- Ability to create creative campaigns to entice sales leaders at partner companies to leverage Hightouch in their sales cycles.
- Previous success in technology partner sales.
- Previous success selling data warehouse tools like Snowflake, Databricks, Fivetran.
We are looking for talented, intellectually curious, and motivated individuals who are interested in tackling the problems above. We focus on impact and potential for growth more than years of experience. The OTE range for this position is $121,000 to $150,000 per year, which is location-independent in accordance with our remote-first policy.
