Strategic Alliance Coordinator

Role Overview:
An Alliance Program Coordinator is essential for fostering and sustaining robust connections throughout the Alliance educational framework. The ideal candidate should demonstrate self-motivation, exhibit a professional demeanor, and show commitment to managing customer and alliance relationships. Experience or education in analyzing and interpreting marketing data and insights is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain an organizational chart for alliance partners, including contact roles and opportunity tracking for Monthly Business Reviews.
• Implement and uphold an efficient lead workflow to maximize the development of new opportunities.
• Articulate the value proposition to colleagues during online meetings or at field events.

• Proficient use of meeting and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, AWS Chime, Gantt charts, Customer Relationship Management systems, and Kanban methodologies.

• Support, develop, and ensure alignment between Microsoft partner groups and their respective programs.

Qualifications:
• Ongoing education or experience in Data Confluence, Marketing/Sales, and Team Collaboration.
• Familiarity with our products and business lines is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate professionally in written formats, including emails, instant messaging, in-person discussions, video conferences, and report submissions.

• Highly organized and analytical, capable of overcoming challenges through innovative and flexible strategies.
