Job OverviewThis role involves assisting the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs). In the absence of the Manager, you will be the primary point of contact, responsible for motivating staff to drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service, and meet business targets.
Main Responsibilities- Customer Service: Ensure customers receive considerate and responsible service throughout their visit, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and maintain high standards of personal appearance and dress code.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by utilizing in-store devices, understanding Oracle reports, and effectively analyzing footfall, ATV, and Conversion using the store's dashboard.
- Visual Merchandising: Attract customers using visual techniques, implement weekly briefs, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain clean and presentable stock displays.
- Training & Development: Develop internal staff, monitor progress, and assist with recruitment, new starter inductions, and staff training.
