About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Sales Representative to join our growing Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team at EmpowerLink. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing the sales process, and building strong relationships with our legal clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate leads and manage the sales process from start to finish
  • Effectively present and sell our specialized legal financial services
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with legal clients
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
  • Language skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher)
  • Sales experience: At least 2 years in selling intangible products; experience in legal financial services like bankruptcy and debt litigation is a huge plus
  • Tech requirements: Own a reliable computer and have a stable internet connection
  • Communication skills: Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
