Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team at Dentsu Aegis Network. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process, ensuring a top-tier candidate experience, and supporting the hiring process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Scheduling: Coordinate with interviewers to schedule onsite and video interviews, ensuring seamless communication and timely scheduling.
- Candidate Management: Manage candidate scheduling throughout the interview process, acting as a resource for any questions or challenges, and maintaining accurate candidate records in recruiting systems.
- Job Posting: Post jobs in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and on external job boards, ensuring timely and accurate job postings.
- Expense Management: Coordinate candidate travel where applicable and manage expense reports for both candidates and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Offer Management: Manage offer letters and new hire paperwork, including background checks, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Candidate Sourcing: Screen active candidate resumes and source passive candidates to supplement sourcing efforts where needed.
- Training and Development: Assist in training, mentoring, and coaching Associate TA Coordinators to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development.
Requirements:
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, able to operate in a fast-paced environment and prioritize appropriately.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and kindly with stakeholders and candidates of all levels.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to problem-solve autonomously and collaboratively, with a strong ability to think critically and creatively.
- Brand Knowledge: A desire to understand the Dentsu Aegis Network brand holistically, being a source of truth as candidates learn about who we are and how they can be a part of our vision.
