About the Role
This Sales Operations Specialist position plays a critical role in building an agile and mature revenue operations team at Legion Technologies. The responsibilities include maintaining data and process integrity in Salesforce, owning and implementing technology into the current tech stack, being the go-to partner for reporting, and working regularly with GTM leadership to ensure scalability.
As a key member of the team, you will work cross-functionally with several teams, including Sales Leadership, Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success, by providing key sales data and analysis to assist leadership in sound decision-making.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide analysis on Sales KPIs such as forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, deal progression, software attach rate, and bookings linearity.
- Monitor and drive system clean-up efforts to ensure quality and data accuracy of supporting sales data.
- Prepare bi-weekly consulting reports on software attach analysis.
- Build baseline PowerPoint slides by providing data analysis and key performance metrics to support leadership with their quarterly business reviews.
- Recommend revisions to existing reports and assist in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
- Assist management in tracking sales organization objectives and activities, ensuring execution in a timely fashion.
- Serve as a liaison with other departments regarding bookings and sales credit.
- Perform ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by the leadership team.
- Serve as a liaison with other departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.
- Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actuals versus business objectives.
- Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
- Create training guides and materials for all business processes related to Salesforce.
- Create basic Flows in Salesforce to improve process automation and efficiency.
