We are excited to invite a new member to join our prominent client, one of the best SaaS platforms for B2B sales with advanced AI technology.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be a cornerstone in supporting Account Managers and Senior Sales Operations Specialists, focusing on sales data, sales processes, and tools optimization. Your efforts will be crucial in building lead lists, removing technical obstacles, and enhancing reports, tools, and automations.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Estimate the total potential market, build, segment, and maintain high-quality lists to ensure the team has the best leads to approach.
  2. Report, and create visualizations and dashboards based on the team's specific needs.
  3. Support the team with technical integrations between CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive) and sales tech stack.
  4. Administrate CRM, Sales Tech Stack & Evergrowth's sales playbook systems.
  5. Handle data sourcing, structuring, cleaning, and visualization to match specific needs.
  6. Automate simple repetitive tasks using no-code or low-code tools like Zapier, Make, or Parabola.
  7. Document & improve various sales processes and technical integration guidelines.
We're a Fit If You're
  1. Has experience in administering such CRMs, like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Pipedrive (you know how to add fields, create reports etc).
  2. Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and familiar with various advanced formulas.
  3. Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for accuracy.
  4. Analytical thinker.
  5. A quick learner who is brave to show initiative when looking for solutions.
  6. Curious to understand how things work and how to optimize it.
  7. Believe that everything is possible to build and it's just a matter of time, resources and curiosity.

Recruitment process
