Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to enhance our recruitment efforts at Trafilea. The primary role of this position is to identify, engage, and recruit exceptional talent across various departments. This requires close collaboration with department leaders to comprehend their hiring needs, formulating and executing effective recruitment strategies, and nurturing relationships with prospective candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job Analysis and Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with hiring managers and HR business partners to clarify the specific requirements for each job role, including necessary skills, qualifications, and experience. Facilitate kickoff meetings with all relevant stakeholders.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Employ diverse methods to discover potential candidates, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, talent databases, referrals, and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Screening and Interviewing: Evaluate resumes and applications to shortlist candidates who meet the criteria. Conduct initial video interviews to assess candidates' suitability and cultural alignment. Administer assessments to gauge candidates' skills, competencies, and technical abilities pertinent to the role.
  • Interview Coordination: Organize and manage interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Candidate Presentation: Participate in meetings with Board members to present shortlisted candidates, providing compelling arguments for each profile.
  • Tactical and Checkpoint Meetings: Attend all tactical meetings with senior department stakeholders to provide position updates in a structured format, as well as join checkpoint meetings with hiring managers to align on current candidates and updates.
  • Employer Branding: Advocate for the company's brand and culture to attract top talent. Emphasize the organization's strengths and growth opportunities to potential candidates.
  • Data and Reporting: Maintain recruitment metrics and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Industry Trends Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in talent acquisition to continually refine recruitment strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a specialized recruiter, particularly in executive search, with a strong grasp of sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for complex roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  • Experience working with KPIs and OKRs within an agile methodology framework, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics, utilizing data to identify improvement areas and optimize recruitment efforts.
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly organized with a hands-on approach, consistently seeking to resolve issues.
  • A positive team player with a proven ability to motivate colleagues.
