Job Title: Content Strategist (Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum)

We are looking for a creative professional to develop content strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging content across social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams on campaigns to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Stay updated on social media trends and emerging platforms to recommend new opportunities.
  • Assist in developing social media policies and guidelines to ensure compliance and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social media accounts for a business, preferably in a remote setting.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.

Skills:

  • Excellent writing and editing abilities, with a focus on creating engaging and informative content.
  • Creativity and a keen eye for visual content, including graphics and videos.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Strong understanding of target audience and market trends to develop effective content strategies.
