Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team at Phoenix Support Services. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute engaging content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure our marketing efforts are always on the cutting edge.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and compelling content.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and analyze social media metrics to inform marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.
