Job Description:

Obtaining a general understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and internal procedures is crucial. Execute these policies and procedures in accordance with local and global principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address business questions and advise on onboarding requirements and status.
  • Perform Quality Control activities with in-depth knowledge of procedures and systems.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are updated reflecting the latest procedures.
  • Collaborate with other supporting areas, such as Legal, Compliance, Internal Controls, Technology, Client Services, Regional, and Global Client Onboarding teams.
  • Participate in special projects as requested.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluent English is mandatory for daily tasks. Formal communication in English is required.
  • At least one year of experience in Know Your Customer (KYC).
  • Two or more years of experience or practical knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML).
  • Highly organized, proactive, motivated with strong prioritization skills, innovation, problem-solving skills, and control mindset.
  • Excel skills (Word and PowerPoint a plus).
  • University degree required.
