**Job Summary:**
The Business Development Lead will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base. This includes building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, presenting sales, revenue, and expenses reports, and identifying emerging markets and market shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
**Requirements:**
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Executive, or similar role (AI/B2B/SaaS experience is a plus).
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including C-level.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and MS Excel.
