Your Mission

As a key member of our team, you will:

  • Prepare and communicate monthly growth targets
  • Follow up on targets, identify red flags, and lead the team to find solutions
  • Lead strategic projects to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing inventory rotation
What You'll Do

You will:

  • Understand the inner workings of each Kavak area
  • Communicate effectively and lead multiple team leads across cities and countries to achieve growth targets
  • Analyze data to find opportunities and roadblocks in achieving growth
  • Replicate Kavak's Culture and lead by example
  • Plan, act, and lead to growth, aligning with the business plan

  • Leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Executional excellence, translating strategies into concrete actions
  • Strategic thinking, defining and prioritizing strategic priorities
  • Analytics skills, driving data-driven decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Owner mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and take on challenges
Qualifications

We require:

  • BA in a quantitative field
  • Experience leading projects hands-on with diverse teams, ideally in matrix organizational structures
  • Experience in marketing preferred
  • Experience building a company preferred
