Strategic Growth Manager

Your MissionAs a key member of our team, you will:
- Prepare and communicate monthly growth targets
- Follow up on targets, identify red flags, and lead the team to find solutions
- Lead strategic projects to achieve specific business goals, such as increasing inventory rotation
You will:
- Understand the inner workings of each Kavak area
- Communicate effectively and lead multiple team leads across cities and countries to achieve growth targets
- Analyze data to find opportunities and roadblocks in achieving growth
- Replicate Kavak's Culture and lead by example
- Plan, act, and lead to growth, aligning with the business plan
We seek a candidate with:
- Leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Executional excellence, translating strategies into concrete actions
- Strategic thinking, defining and prioritizing strategic priorities
- Analytics skills, driving data-driven decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Owner mentality, willing to roll up sleeves and take on challenges
We require:
- BA in a quantitative field
- Experience leading projects hands-on with diverse teams, ideally in matrix organizational structures
- Experience in marketing preferred
- Experience building a company preferred
