About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at LatamCent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the sourcing and placement efforts across various industries, aiming to fill 2-5 roles monthly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct candidate interviews monthly, utilizing LinkedIn, our ATS, and outbound sourcing techniques.
  • Communicate effectively and timely with hiring managers to align on candidate requirements and market trends.
  • Manage multiple roles, client and candidates schedules across time zones, ensuring availability and responsiveness.
  • Discover Most Placeable Candidates and help market them for new roles and opportunities
Requirements
  • Proven track record in recruitment with the ability to meet substantial monthly targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Fluent in English, comfortable working 9-5 EST, with flexibility for occasional nights and weekends to get the job done
  • Fluent C1 or C2 level English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with innovative sourcing strategies and advanced recruitment technologies.
  • Experience working in recruiting agency
  • Experience working with USA clients
