Position Title:

HR Advisor

Position Overview:

The primary objective of this position is to facilitate the execution of HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness. This role will collaborate closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure successful implementation and engagement with stakeholders throughout the organization, utilizing a data-informed approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Strategy: Provide operational assistance in the communication, execution, and evaluation of HR strategy initiatives through research, analysis, and reporting, while collaborating with line managers as necessary.
  • HR Processes and Standards: Implement established HR processes, standards, and tools to achieve the objectives of the HR function.
  • Human Capital Effectiveness: Aid in monitoring key organizational, financial, and HR metrics, and develop recommendations for adjustments in structure, roles, processes, competencies, staffing, or workforce composition based on research and analysis.
  • Change Management: Assist in change management efforts by preparing communications, considering cultural factors, and gathering data for analysis and reporting.
  • Career Development: Support line managers and HR Business Partners in the creation and execution of career development plans for employees.
  • Performance Development: Collaborate with managers and HR Business Partners to promote an effective performance development strategy.
  • Employee Engagement: Engage in projects defined by HR Business Partners or HR Directors to foster commitment and accountability for employee engagement, assisting HR Business Partners, line leaders, and employees in this area.
  • Employee Relations: Partner with managers to address less complex employee issues and contribute to building managerial capabilities to prevent employee relations challenges.
  • Support for Business Leaders: Provide analytical support to the HR team and business partners in HR management.
  • HR Administration: Carry out any HR administrative duties not managed by the HR operations team.
