Associate Human Resources

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Let’s do this. Let’s change the world. In this vital role you will interact with healthcare decision makers to communicate and advance the scientific platform as aligned with Amgen’s company goals and objectives.- Assists with accurate and compliance pay and benefits administration.- Coordinates and processes local payroll with external vendor.- Reviews and analyses pay data to resolve or escalate discrepancies as appropriate.- Coordinate on-boarding and off-boarding of employees.- Coordinates and schedules Human Resources programs and events such as orientation and recruiting events.- Implements and ensures a clear, shared understanding of HR procedures/policies.- Administer Company Vehicles Fleet- Supports the recruitment processes in partnership with external vendor and line manager (CW)- Addresses employee queries or ad-hoc requests.- Support execution of Human Resources projects- Collaborates with COEs- Coordinate Vendor Relationship including invoicing and payments.- Delivers effective Human Resources service which is customer-focused and business
- related.- Manage employee life cycle (from hiring to termination)- Operationally supports Human Resources and Business strategies.- Delivers effective Human Resources services which are customer focused and aligned with our business goals and objectives.- Manages Human Resources policies and practices so that present and future requirements are met optimally.

Basic qualifications- University Degree: Human Resources, Business or similar- 1 to 3 years of related proven experience- Knowledge of recruitment, communication, training process- Proficiency in English, both in oral and written communication- Computer skills

Preferred qualifications- Master or post-graduate in Human Resources- Proven experience in Human Resources- Experience in multinational pharmaceutical company
