Job Description
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a live-in staff member. In exchange for accommodation, you will work 24 hours per week assisting with guest services, including greeting and checking in guests, providing recommendations on local activities and tours, managing bookings, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the hostel.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth and friendly arrival experience.
- Provide personalized recommendations on local activities, tours, and attractions, helping guests make the most of their stay.
- Manage bookings and reservations, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hostel, adhering to high standards of quality and presentation.
- Assist with general upkeep and maintenance tasks, contributing to the overall maintenance of the property.
Requirements
- Speaking basic Spanish is required.
- You must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
