Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and other channels.
- Customer Outreach: Engage with current, former, and prospective customers to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.
- CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update records of client interactions, leads, and sales activities in CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to support sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize lead conversion efforts.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer outreach, preferably in a remote sales environment.
- Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
- Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, and sales tools like RingCentral and Helpwise.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple leads and tasks efficiently.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through lead generation and appointment setting.
