About the Position

Distillery is seeking a SysAdmin to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role that requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to IT support and innovation. The ideal candidate will have experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within global professional services organizations.

• Provide technical support and maintenance for Mac and Windows systems using Workspace One.
• Configure and maintain security software, including BitDefender and Google SSO.
• Manage resource management systems, Salesforce, time management systems, mobile device management (Windows & Mac), Slack, software and hardware procurement, Zoom, Jira, and Microsoft Office licensing.
• Administer and optimize Google Workspace (Google Workspace Professional Administrator certification is a plus).
• Support cloud environments, with AWS and GCP administration experience being a plus.
• Drive technological innovation to improve business efficiency and performance.
• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment, embracing a 'no task is too small' mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT roles within fast-growing organizations.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Based in Buenos Aires, Córdoba, or Ciudad de México, with the ability to maintain a presence in the office for team collaboration and engagement.
• Experience in senior-level IT roles within complex front-office environments, ideally in global professional services firms.
• Proven ability to implement IT strategies that align with business objectives.

• Google Workspace Professional Administrator certification.
• Experience managing AWS and GCP environments.
