Territory Sales and Partnerships Manager

The Territory Sales and Partnerships Manager is responsible for managing multiple partners reselling in their designated territory and achieving their targets. This role is part of the Partner Ecosystem Team and works closely with partner managers to coordinate all activities alongside customer value journeys with partners.
Main responsibilities include:
- Developing a successful territory sales plan, including a detailed demand plan focused on strategic goals.
- Running forecast cadence with partners and tracking indirect pipeline.
- Supporting partner practices in managing resources to ensure business-critical and innovative results.
- Partner demand generation and pipeline creation in assigned territories.
The ideal candidate has a minimum 6 years' experience in sales indirect or partner-facing roles, with demonstrated partnering and sales leadership skills, business development planning and execution experience in driving sales pipeline, demand gen, and enablement with partners, effective communication and presentation skills at an executive level, proven capability to work in a team and collaborate with independent accountability, local market knowledge and understanding, and business-level English proficiency.
