Salesforce Territory Account Executive

Job Overview
Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated territory in the Emerging (1-50 employees) or Growth Business (51-300 employees) space.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously and take full responsibility for your customers.
- Lead the sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong focus on new business sales, while rapidly growing existing accounts.
- Use your solution selling expertise to respond effectively to customer needs and identify business potential, building strategic, long-term partnerships.
- Strengthen client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings.
- C coordinate and lead industry events and user groups to generate market interest.
- Collaborate with our team of Core AEs, Sales Specialists, Business Developers, Pre-sales, and Marketers for all sales leads and opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- A proven track record of success in sales.
- 1 to 5 years of experience in the entire sales cycle of complex SAAS solutions.
- The ability to build positive relationships internally and with customers, demonstrating credibility and trust.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment.
- A successful history of net new business sales, with the ability to consistently deliver against targets.
- A strong drive, adaptability, and enthusiasm to build a career at Salesforce.
- An advanced level of English.
