The Strategic Financial Leader will be a key member of our executive team, responsible for driving profitability, financial scalability, and business growth in a high-performance environment. As a hands-on finance leader, they will oversee all financial strategy, forecasting, risk management, and capital allocation to ensure the company's sustainable expansion.

This role requires a proactive, experienced finance professional who understands scaling financial operations, managing cash flow, and optimizing profitability in a digital-first business model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in eCommerce, DTC brands, or CPG and a deep understanding of financial metrics such as CAC, LTV, ad spend attribution, conversion rates, and churn. They will also possess excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with CEOs, investors, and cross-functional teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Define and implement a long-term financial roadmap to support company growth and international expansion.

• Provide financial leadership to the CEO, executive team, and investors, ensuring data-driven decisions that drive profitability.

• Oversee P&L management, gross margin optimization, and cost efficiencies across all business units.

• Lead financial planning for new market entries, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

• Develop KPIs to track financial health, including revenue growth, LTV/CAC ratios, and ROI on marketing spend.

• Work with the Marketing Team to ensure profitable customer acquisition strategies.

• Implement financial automation tools to improve reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.

• Manage fundraising efforts, including equity, debt financing, and investor relations.

• Optimize capital allocation and cash flow management, ensuring sustainable scaling.

• Develop financial models to support investment decisions and company valuations.

• Act as the primary financial spokesperson for investors, banks, and stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS, tax regulations, and local/international financial laws.

• Oversee audit, risk management, and financial governance.

• Implement internal financial controls, SOPs, and fraud prevention strategies.

• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to optimize operational efficiency.
