Network Operations Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Operations Senior Analyst to join our team at Bunge Iberica SA. As a key member of our Business Technology organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experience and supporting the company's global network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective incident and problem-solving skills to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain best-in-class network solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and support.
- Stay up-to-date with advancing technologies and procedural changes to ensure the company's network infrastructure remains secure and efficient.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 support for the regional network.
- 4+ years of hands-on IT experience with network, voice, and collaboration solutions and architecture.
- Proven experience as a Networking and Collaboration Network Engineer (voice, video).
- Experience with SD-WAN administration, engineering, and architecture.
- Strong working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, IPv6, WAN routing (such as OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) with the ability to define trade-offs, ask probing questions, and incorporate technology solutions into a broader enterprise environment.
- Familiar with Agile (Scrum) and ITIL methodologies.
- Experience supporting large, complex, business-critical, and revenue-impacting local area networks.
- Experience solutioning and implementing infrastructures requiring 100% availability, near zero latency, low jitter, and response times.
- Cisco certifications highly preferred.
