We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our team at DEPT. As a Senior Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of operational and financial workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project management, IT, and other Operations team members to steward operational and financial workflows.
- Create and analyze reports, manage data quality, and aggregate data from various systems to generate insights on key business metrics.
- Support the strategic goals of the company by focusing on the success of operational and financial workflows.
- Work on special projects with the Global DEPT Operations team to enhance systems and processes in support of our business and people.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in project management or operations role in a creative agency environment (digital experience preferred).
- Intermediate conversational English level.
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and self-manage multiple activities and projects occurring simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, passion, and pride in craft.
- Flex approach to meet the changing needs of teams and clients.
- Experience in basic data analysis and data management.
- Familiarity with and enjoy working in PMP, CRM, ERP, and financial systems - such as Google Suite, Netsuite, and Salesforce.
- Discretion and understanding of how to navigate sensitive situations, escalations, and confidential information.
