We're looking for an Operations Analyst to partner with the support of our Logistics Analysis, Marketing Development teams to answer key questions about how to leverage data collected via Shipping transactions, CRM, and LinkedIn and drive meaningful results for our partners. You will solve challenging problems and boost business growth by understanding user behaviors, applied analytics techniques, and business insights.

Specifically, the perfect person for this role is passionate about Data Analytics and eager to help us understand how to provide the richest experience possible. You should know customer lifecycle and behavior analysis, segmentation, digital campaigns, and business operations for a SaaS company.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Analyze data of in-place procedures to find ways to improve operations
- Evaluate operations procedures and processes
- Identify deficiencies and areas for improvement and redesign
- Recommend strategies and develop new procedures
- Implement tests processes, policies, and protocols
- Research market and industry trends and patterns
- Perform operations analysis for all technologies and projects
- Prepare detailed reports of workflow research and improvements
- Compare processes with industry standards and best practices
- Conduct internal investigative audits and create reports of findings
- Develop workflows to increase production and revenue.

**Skills and qualifications**
- Being familiar with International Shipping & Logistics datasets is a bonus
- Consulting and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, standard quantitative techniques like regression, experiment design, etc.
- Consistent track record of being able to work independently and proactively engage in tasks with mínimal direction

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in the logistics industry or related industry as an operations analyst in an operation or research analyst role or a related position
- Significant experience with SQL (250-300hrs) and large unstructured datasets
- English, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in programming/scripting and knowledge of statistical packages like R, Python, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field required.
- Proficient with Excel and other analytics tools and database management
- Resume - English and Spanish
- English Level Certificate: B2+
