The Associate Research Analyst position at Latamcent is responsible for aiding in the creation, distribution, management, analysis, and reporting of online survey-based research studies, as well as supporting analysis and reporting on customer satisfaction surveys for our clients.
About the Role
- Provides world-class service to support relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Reports survey results to clients, summarizing results and highlighting key findings and storylines that most relate to client needs.
- Performs data cleansing and analysis working with other analysts to create, manipulate and organize data to be used for analysis.
- Creates reports with written and data visualization elements based on data gathered through online surveys.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail, especially when working with large, complex data sets and elaborate research analysis and reporting.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience using Tableau or other BI tools for data analysis and visualization.
- Proficiency using MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint required. Proficiency in SQL SPSS (nice to have), and other data management and analysis tools are preferred.
- Excellent communication skills including written, oral, and presentation skills required in working with customers and coworkers.
- Strong mathematical skills are required.
- Ability to effectively understand, analyze, and manipulate numerical data.
