About the Role
">We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to manage accounts payable, financial reconciliations, and support reporting and compliance efforts. This role involves collaborating on budgeting, forecasting, and special financial projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up vendors, process timely payments, and manage expense reports.
- Reconcile credit cards, accounts payable ledger/sub-ledger, and other balance sheet accounts.
- Generate data for 1099s and assist with both internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with the Controller on budget preparation and forecasting.
- Upload financial data to Dynamics 365 Business Central monthly.
- Contribute to various financial initiatives as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven proficiency with US GAAP and high-level experience with Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically Sage Intacct, is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Location and Salary:
This remote position offers a competitive salary range of $2,700 USD per month. As a member of our team, you will enjoy working in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.
