Through our collaborative approach, we work closely with clients to design and implement financial strategies tailored to each brand's unique goals.

The Role: This fully remote position is essential in supporting our client's founder and CFO in managing high-impact projects and improving operational processes. As Business Operations Lead, you'll lead key initiatives, tackle daily operational challenges, and help streamline processes to enhance client experiences and company performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Redesign the client onboarding process to ensure an efficient and client-friendly experience.
  • Organize and develop the partnership program, building a structured list to strengthen alliances.
  • Support recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination.
  • Solve day-to-day operational issues, such as obtaining required documentation from clients and ensuring team members understand client needs.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize internal operations and service delivery.
  • Research new tools and software to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
  • Partner closely with the founders, managing their workload and helping them keep strategic initiatives on track.

This role requires strong skills in project management, finance, and communication. If you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business consulting, finance, or operations, preferably with DTC or startup experience.
  • Project management skills with a proven track record of implementing successful operational changes.
  • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
