We are seeking a highly skilled Translation Effectiveness Leader to join our team at Woodbridge. As a leader, you will play a critical role in driving translation effectiveness forward and ensuring that content meets IQVIA's standards and design requirements.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Content Design Specialists who ensure that content meets IQVIA's standards and design requirements. This includes building strong relationships within your team, with Project Managers, and with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to share best practices and findings within your team and across Translation Operations.
The key responsibilities of this role include ensuring that your team checks content in various languages for design errors, managing client expectations or specifications, and advising on best practices when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring and helping Content Design Specialists as needed and coordinating efforts to onboard and train them as required.
Key Qualifications- Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Team Lead in the Language Services, Communication, or Business Process Outsourcing industry.
- Bachelor's degree, ideally in a design, linguistic, or business field, or at least 5 years of experience.
- Excellent communication verbal/written skills in English is a must.
- A degree in Design, Linguistics, Translation, Localisation, or Business is a very strong asset.
- Fluency in at least one additional language is a strong asset.
