Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Tax Staff Member. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with clients in the financial services industry, assisting them in improving the operational effectiveness and efficiency of their tax functions.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying ways to improve operational effectiveness in tax functions
- Review processes and controls in place, including technology, to ensure they are effective and efficient
- Assess overall risk to establish a proper control environment
- Design and build custom tax applications
Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in tax compliance or related field
- Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
